Daily Dose of Coach #209: Running from a bear

Happy Monday morning! I wanted to share a funny metaphor I came across in going through my ProCoach nutrition coaching:

"When you’re running from a bear, you don't have to run the fastest.

All you have to do is run a little bit faster than the slowest person.

In other words, when you're improving your habits and choices, you never have to be "perfect".

You just have to be a little bit better, consistently."

As you approach the next two weeks remember that. This is a difficult time to be " perfect ." With all of the events unfolding, if you're perfect you're probably a real dud.
